Folding Deck Design

Sole Fitness if proud to offer the best folding treadmill design currently available. Our design features a patented all gear rack & pinion system with the Safety Lock Deck design that locks the deck into place when the treadmill is in the upright position. With the Safety Lock Deck, there is no possibility of the deck collapsing from the upright and locked position.

Cushion Flex

Programmable Heart Rate Controlled Workout

The Sole F83 treadmill comes complete with Heart Rate controlled workout options to individualize the workout specifically to your needs. This option shows the persons heart rate on the console and the treadmill will adjust incline to keep the heart rate at a determined level. Whisper Decks

Sole is very proud to offer the Whisper Deck on the F83 treadmill. The Whisper deck is such a great deck design for a variety of reasons. First, the name says it all, it is a very quiet deck with a lower decibel rating than other Phenolic coated decks to ensure a quiet workout. Whisper Decks also come with a Lifetime warranty due to our proprietary composites that make up the deck. You never need to flip this deck and under the lifetime warranty, if you wear it out we will replace it. What other company offers this feature, at this price point? None.

Rollers

When we chose our rollers for our treadmill line we went with only the best and outfitted all of our treadmill with the same high-end rollers that most people only offer on $5000 treadmills. We use 2.5” Werner rollers with a sealed bearing design and copper ground wires for each roller to reduce static. Larger rollers make for a larger contact surface against the belt and longer roller and belt life. This makes for smooth, quiet, static free motion that will stand the test of time.

Belts

We use Siegling 2-ply belts with four layers. Two rubber layers over a middle PVC layer with a nylon backing that rolls over the deck and rollers. The rubber provides the durability, the PVC stops the belt from over-stretching and the nylon provides a smooth static free surface to glide over the deck and rollers.

Stable Operation

Double Horseshoe Folding Frame

The double horseshoe frame design came about as a result of needing a very stable frame for our hotels. Hilton needed a 215 lb. treadmill to be as mobile as a room service cart, while still putting a marathoner to the test. The result is a folding frame that is more stable than most non-folding frames. It also allows the user to move the treadmill with ease. With the deck in the upright and locked position these treadmills are as mobile and stable as a moving dolly.
