SOLE Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our products and the craftsmanship behind them. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, our equipment doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it. 

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order is received. A return shipping charge and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund depending on the equipment returned. See below for details.

A non-refundable return shipping fee of $250 + 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, & rowers)

A non-refundable return shipping fee of $100 + 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on strength equipment and SRVO units.   

Any completed delivery services, such as Room of Choice, Assembly, or additional carrier access fees associated with the original delivery are non-refundable.

Return / Refund Process

Unlike many competitors, we do not require you to box up your cardio equipment before the return pick-up. We will take back your open-box return, secure it, and ship it back to our facility.

  • Return Location: The unit must be placed outside in an accessible location for pick-up.  (e.g., driveway or in front of house).
  • The unit can be fully assembled or disassembled; our shipping company will handle wrapping it for return.
  • For a smooth pickup process, please ensure the unit can be easily accessed by pallet jack or hand truck. If access is limited, the pickup may not be completed, and a second appointment charge may be incurred.
  • In-home removal services can be added for $300.
  • Returns are not accepted from Hawaii or Alaska.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of pick-up once we’ve received confirmation of return tracking. Please email returns@soletreadmills.com with your return tracking number for expedited support.
           

Replacement Policy

At SOLE Fitness, we are committed to providing you the best possible service. If our team is unable to repair your equipment, we may, at our discretion, replace it with a product of equal or greater value. You will only be responsible for associated shipping fees.

  • Reasonable efforts to repair the equipment must be made before a replacement can be considered. (For a complete overview please email returns@soletreadmills.com)
  • Replacements do not include removal of your original unit; however, a recycling service is available for $250. This includes curbside pick- up of the original unit.

Terms & Conditions

  • The 30-day return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website www.soletreadmills.com or by phone with our Customer Support team. 
  • If the unit was purchased through an authorized retailer, please refer to that specific merchant for return information & policies.
  • Returns will not be authorized beyond the 30-day guarantee period.
  • Products outside the 30-day return window, but still under warranty and have been deemed ‘non-field repairable’, SOLE Fitness reserves the option to replace with a product of equal, or greater value.
  • Our shipping company will contact you for delivery. If they are unable to reach you, a re-delivery fee and/ or additional shipping charges may apply.
