Track your heart rate without the chest strap. The SOLE Heart Rate Armband uses an optical sensor to read your pulse from your arm, so you can train by the numbers in comfort.
Slip it on, pair it over Bluetooth, and your heart rate shows up on compatible fitness equipment and apps. The adjustable band stays put through sprints, climbs, and long sessions, and the sensor weighs less than half an ounce, so you’ll forget it’s there. Wear it on your upper arm, forearm or wrist.
One charge gives you 13 hours of use. When it’s time to top up, the magnetic USB-C cable snaps right on.
