To help alleviate any concern and give you 100% confidence that we make the best exercise equipment available, SOLE offers an unprecedented 30-day trial period on all of our equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your product we will refund your purchase, no questions asked.
If you want to really see how SOLE stands out from the competition, compare our return policy with other brands, and you will see that we have NO restocking fees, NO shipping costs, and NO extra charges of any kind. Just a full and complete refund of the cost of the machine plus any taxes you paid. You won’t find that kind of confidence anywhere else. You don’t need to worry about keeping all the bulky packaging either, because we have that covered too. We will take back your open box return and secure it for you at the time of pickup, all at NO charge to you.
You don’t even have to wait for the machine to arrive back at our facility for a refund. Simply notify us as soon as the unit is picked up from your home by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, and your refund will be processed within 48 business hours of us being notified.
* Make sure to initiate a request for return within the 30-day window. This begins the day the unit is delivered to your home. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
* At the scheduled appointment for your RMA, the machine will be delivered and/or removed with the same delivery option chosen at checkout during your initial purchase through our website. The shippers can take the machine fully assembled, or in parts, as long as all parts are included. If purchased through any other retailer, the replacement or return will be curbside service only.
* SOLE Fitness will credit back the entire amount you paid for the machine plus taxes. We will not credit back fees that were paid for upgraded delivery options, such as inside delivery, or turnkey delivery, unless those services were never performed. In which case, you would get a full and complete refund. We cannot refund any assembly or moving fees that may have been paid to a third party. If the technician quickly identifies that your issue will need a hands-on approach, we will dispatch a local technician from our nationwide network of independent service providers. We will also ship any parts that may be needed for the job directly to you. As long as you live within a few hours of any reasonably sized city, we will have local techs in your area. The average turnaround time from the moment you make your first call, until your unit is back up to factory standards, is about 5 days.
* If a shipment is refused, and SOLE was never notified about a cancellation or return, you may be charged a restocking fee as well as return shipping costs.
* If a product is out of the 30-day window, but, still under warranty, and is deemed non-field repairable, SOLE Fitness reserves the option to replace the defective product with a product of equal, or better, features and functionality. Returns for a refund will not be authorized after 30 days of delivery, unless SOLE determines there are extenuating circumstances. The determination that a unit is non-repairable, or a “lemon”, is at the complete discretion of SOLE Fitness. The customer is responsible to make reasonable efforts to allow us to make this determination. Accommodations may include allowing for a field technician to come to the home, or assisting an in-house technician over the phone, to diagnose and understand the problem.
