Customer Reviews
SOLE Bike Review
Recent buyer David Miller left this comment on SOLE’s Amazon page
“Driver delivered the 150 lb box to my house and he was very helpful getting it into the garage, they called an hour before to let me know when he would arrive. Bike was pretty easy to put together but the tablet was a little complicated. I've ridden 3x and it's a solid bike, it's like most spin bikes in gyms. It can be a little tedious to adjust the seat and handlebars if someone else who is taller or shorter than you wants to ride it right after you. For the price it's a good bike and it is very heavy.”
NordicTrack Bike Review
Recent buyer Kristina left this comment on NordicTrack’s site
“Love my bike, but...
This bike is great and I love the classes and trails. But I highly recommend getting a 4-7 year extended warranty. I've had to use my extended warranty for service about 3-4 times. I bought the bike in 2019 and I just scheduled the 4th service for the bike. The first three had to do with a clicking the pedals were making. The couldn't figure out what the problem was until the repair person came out for the 3rd time. Now, the incline isn't working and they told me the incline motor is dead or dying, so repair is coming out to my home this week. Luckily, I had purchased an extended warranty, otherwise I'd be spending just as much on repair as I did on the bike itself.”
