Extended Labor Warranty Agreement

Thank you for choosing to extend the labor coverage on your new SOLE equipment! This Extended Labor Warranty Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the additional 1 or 2 year labor coverage provided by Sole Fitness for customers who opt for the extended labor warranty.

Coverage Period 

The coverage period for the extended labor warranty goes into effect after the manufacturer's labor warranty period has expired. The specific duration of coverage for your equipment is outlined in the warranty registration documents provided to you upon purchase.

During the extended labor coverage period, Sole Fitness will provide:

Coverage Details: 

  • What’s Covered?
    • Technician labor costs and extended trip fees.
    • Repairs for mechanical or electrical failures—as long as they meet the warranty’s conditions.
  • What’s Not Covered?
    • Cosmetic items including but not limited to the following: grips, console overlays, and labels/decals.
    • Damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs.
    • Machines located outside the Continental US.

Our qualified service technicians are here to assist you with any issues you may encounter. To initiate a warranty claim please contact 866-780-7653 between 7am-5pm MST Monday through Friday. Option 2 will get you to Service and Warranty.

Our customer service team will guide you through the claim process and facilitate the repair or replacement of the covered item.

Claims must be filed within the coverage period specified in the warranty documentation to be eligible for repair or replacement services under this extended warranty.

Owner’s Responsibilities

  • Proper use of the equipment in accordance with the instructions provided in this manual, including general maintenance. 
  • Keep all warranty documentation and registration details in a safe place for future reference.
  • Notify Sole Fitness immediately of any malfunctions or issues with your equipment.
