Shipping and Delivery Information

What are the standard shipping times?

Your package will be prepped and ready for shipping within 2-4 business days. Once your item has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The package should be delivered within 10-14 business days. Some restrictions apply.

How are SOLE products delivered?

The following delivery options are available at checkout:

  • Curbside Delivery - Free
    This is our standard shipping and delivery option. The shipper will unload the equipment from the truck as close to your home as safely possible. This could be the end of your driveway, or in an apartment/condo, it may be a parking lot near the entrance door. An appointment will be made to ensure you are available to receive your equipment.
  • Room of Choice Delivery ($199)
    Your order will be transferred to a local Final Mile Carrier that will deliver it to your room of choice.
  • Room of Choice and Assembly ($350)
    At the appointed delivery time, the Final Mile Carrier will bring the machine into your room of choice, assemble it, and remove all packaging.

Can I make an appointment?

When the machine arrives at the terminal in your area the service center will call to set up an appointment. For updates and additional information you can reach out to our delivery partner, ArcBest, at 877-827-5680.

Can I assemble the unit myself?

Yes, all SOLE products come with detailed assembly instructions and the tools needed for assembly. Assembly videos, owner’s manuals and other resources for most SOLE products can be found Here.

Conditions and Restrictions

  • Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii requires a freight quote. Please email Customer Service with your full address for more information.
  • Rural areas or homes that are not easily accessible by freight may have longer delivery time frames and/or additional cost.
  • An address change after tracking has been received may incur a reconsignment fee.
  • Our shipper will contact you by phone and email to make an appointment for delivery. If they are unable to reach you, a final notice will be sent via email. Failure to respond will result in the order being canceled and refunded less the non refundable shipping fee and a reconsignment fee.
  • If a shipment is refused without notifying SOLE directly, a reconsignment fee and applicable storage fees will be deducted from the refund.
