Shipping large items, like exercise equipment, can be more challenging than smaller packages that ship via FedEx or UPS. Transit times are longer, and appointments need to be scheduled for each delivery. We partner with major freight transportation and offer multiple delivery types to accommodate your needs.
All orders will leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days unless notified otherwise. Once shipped the product is usually in transit roughly 6 business days depending on your exact location. Upgraded service, such as assembly, may add additional days for scheduling. As soon as your product ships, you will be sent a tracking number from the shipping company. This will let you know where your item is, and when to expect it.
This type of delivery is offered free with the purchase of all SOLE equipment. The driver will back the truck up as far as they safely can, and remove the product, but this may be at the end of the driveway. It's easiest to remove the product from the box and take it in one part at a time. The heaviest piece will require at least two people.
This delivery includes bringing the unit into the first secure and dry area. Meaning inside the front door, in the garage, or in another area not involving stairs where the unit will be safe. This will ensure the item is secure until you can arrange for friends or family to help in taking it the rest of the way.
With this service we will arrange to have the treadmill or elliptical delivered inside to the room of your choice and unpacked. They will additionally take any debris and boxes away with them. This service requires the freight be transferred to another carrier after it arrives in your area and can add a few days to the transit time.
This service includes the unit being brought into the room of choice, and having it fully assembled by the delivery company. As with “Room of Choice”, the packaging and debris will be removed. Most of our customers do their own assembly, so this option may not be necessary. Videos are available on YouTube detailing the steps involved in assembly.
